Ingredients
  

Banana Bread Batter

  • 3 ripe bananas mashed
  • 1/2 cup butter melted
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 2 eggs beaten
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a loaf pan.
  • In a bowl, mash the bananas and mix in the melted butter.
  • Add sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract. Mix well.
  • In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt.
  • Gradually add the dry ingredients to the banana mixture. Stir until just combined.
  • Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and bake for 50 minutes.
  • Let cool before slicing and serving.

Notes

For extra flavor, add a handful of chocolate chips or walnuts to the batter.
