Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a loaf pan.
In a bowl, mash the bananas and mix in the melted butter.
Add sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract. Mix well.
In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt.
Gradually add the dry ingredients to the banana mixture. Stir until just combined.
Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and bake for 50 minutes.
Let cool before slicing and serving.
Notes
For extra flavor, add a handful of chocolate chips or walnuts to the batter.
