Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Spread Brazil nuts on a baking sheet and roast for 10 minutes, stirring halfway.
Let the nuts cool slightly, then transfer to a food processor.
Blend the nuts for 5-10 minutes, scraping down the sides as needed, until smooth and creamy.
Add coconut oil, sweetener, and sea salt (if using). Blend again until fully combined.
Transfer to a jar and store at room temperature or in the refrigerator.
Notes
For a deeper flavor, you can roast the Brazil nuts for an extra 5 minutes, but be careful not to burn them!
